What it can look like:

  • Starting things is hard, and finishing them is harder, even when they matter to you
  • Your time, energy, or attention feels unpredictable
  • You’re good at what you do, but it costs more than it seems to cost others
  • Shame has become a background hum: the missed emails, the half-done projects, the sense of being behind
  • Relationships feel strained by forgetting, interrupting, or checking out

How I work:

I’m an integrative therapist, which means I don’t hand everyone the same plan. We start with how ADHD shows up for you, in your work, your relationships, and your body. I pay close attention to what happens underneath what’s being said in session: the shifts in energy, tension, or focus that often tell us more than the story does. Those moments are where change tends to start.

Some of our work will be practical, such as building routines that fit how your attention actually works. Some of it will be about the self-criticism that often grows up around ADHD. Both matter.

Common questions:

Do I need an ADHD diagnosis to work with you? No. Many people come in with a suspicion rather than an official answer.

Is this coaching or therapy? Therapy. There will be practical tools, but the work goes further than organizing systems.

What does it cost? My rate is $200 per 55-minute session, held once weekly on a designated day and time slot. Generally I don’t accept insurance but can provide you with a ‘superbill’ for potential reimbursement from your insurance company.
